2017.

In 2017, we took on our first development project - a set of two purpose-built, one bedroom, one bathroom units.

As Owner Builders, we managed the entire build from start to finish on a 1002m² block, which included an existing 1956 two-bedroom house. Our challenge was to optimise space, design for modern functionality, and blend the old with the new. After completing the project in 2018, the units were leased as long-term tenancies, while the original house was styled and sold for double its purchase price in 2023.

This project marked the beginning of our approach to thoughtful design and project management.
