In 2018, we renovated a large two-storey house built in 1964, dividing it into two functional units - one upstairs and the other a one bedroom, one bathroom space - creating passive income potential.

The main goal was to improve the flow and functionality of the home while maintaining the charm of its original design. Our focus was on enhancing light, accessibility, and the relationship between spaces, ensuring each unit felt spacious and connected.
