Our second multi-unit development project consisted of two, two-bedroom, one bathroom co-joined units on a 1004m² block, which we acquired in 2020.

The existing 1952 dwelling was refreshed with a complete interior and exterior repaint. The goal was to design units that would be appealing to investors and developers while maximising functionality. The units were completed in 2022, and the original dwelling was sold in 2023, while the two units continue to be leased as long-term tenancies.
